Peter
Kung
Peter joined KPMG in 1996 and he is now the tax partner in charge of KPMG's
China Tax practices in Hong Kong and Southern China region.
Peter focuses on China taxation, customs duty and business advisory matters.
He has advised many multinational clients on how to structure their investments
into China. He has also assisted numerous clients in negotiating with
the tax authorities to help minimise their tax burdens.
Lilly
Li
Lilly is a senior manager in KPMG's China tax practice in Guangzhou.
She focuses on business and tax advisory services on corporate restructuring,
cross-border transfer pricing, tax efficient deal structures and listing
projects.
Her clients include multinational corporations as well as Chinese domestic
enterprises in consumer markets, energy sector, automobile and electronic
industries.
Prior to joining KPMG, Lilly worked with both the China Tax Bureau and
the Australian Tax Office.
